A little about me, my name is Katelyn, and I am the owner. I’ve been turning sweet dreams into reality since middle school, and desserts have been my passion ever since. From my first experiments as a young baker to creating show-stopping cakes and delicate pastries today, I’ve loved every step of the journey. With an Associate of Applied Science in Bakery and Pastry from the Culinary Institute of Michigan, I’ve honed my skills and creativity, learning the techniques that turn ordinary ingredients into extraordinary desserts.
