📅 Orders & Payment

• All orders are confirmed only after payment is received.

• Full payment is required at the time of order acceptance unless otherwise stated.

• For larger or specialty orders, a non‑refundable deposit may be required to secure your date.

• Orders placed close to the event date may require payment in full immediately.

• Submitting payment indicates acceptance of all CakeDesignsByK terms and conditions.

🎂 Custom Design & Pricing

• All cakes are custom-made, and pricing reflects size, flavor, and design complexity.

• Final pricing may increase if additional design elements are requested after the initial quote.

• Inspiration photos are used as references only; exact replication is not guaranteed.

⏰ Pickup & Delivery

• Pickup times are scheduled in advance and must be honored.

• Cakes not picked up at the scheduled time are no longer the responsibility of CakeDesignsByK.

• Late pickup or failure to pick up may affect cake quality.

• Delivery (if selected) is to the agreed location only and does not include table styling unless specifically arranged.

❄️ Cake Storage & Handling

• Cakes should be stored according to the instructions provided at pickup or delivery.

• Cakes must be kept in a cool, climate‑controlled environment, away from direct sunlight or heat.

• Refrigeration may be required depending on the cake design and fillings.

• CakeDesignsByK is not responsible for damage caused by improper storage or handling after pickup or delivery.

🧾 Cake Release

• Once the cake is picked up or delivered, responsibility transfers to the client.

• CakeDesignsByK is not liable for damage caused during transport, by others during setup, or due to environmental conditions.

• Clients are encouraged to transport cakes on a flat surface in a temperature‑controlled vehicle.

🛠️ Setup (If Applicable)

• Set-up services must be requested in advance.

• Once setup is complete and approved, CakeDesignsByK is not responsible for damage caused by guests, venue staff, or weather conditions.

🚫 Cancellations & Changes

• Due to the custom nature of orders, payments, and deposits are non‑refundable.

• Date changes, cancellations, or postponements may result in forfeiture of payment.

• Changes requested after approval may incur additional fees and are subject to availability.

📸 Photography & Marketing

• CakeDesignsByK reserves the right to photograph all creations for marketing purposes.

• If you prefer your cake not be photographed, a written notice must be provided at the time of order placement.

⚠️ Allergens

• Cakes are prepared in a kitchen that may contain nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, and other allergens.

• While allergen‑friendly options are offered, cross‑contamination cannot be guaranteed.

By placing an order and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all CakeDesignsByK terms and conditions.
